Atualizacao 17 pinga mas nao navega

Atualizei o ubuntu para gnomeubuntu Ubuntu 17.04 64-bit.
O sistema pinga para qq endereco, tanto na rede interna do trabalho como para enderecos externos. Consigo buscar / instalar / atualizar pacotes via APT-GET ou APTITUDE. Tanto usando IP fixo quanto DHCP, realizo todas essas operacoes.

O problema acontece qdo abro o navegador, qq um. Simplesmente nao navega, nem sites internos nem externos. O tempo de resposta e imenso e q conexao e abortada. Wating for.... e nao responde.

No IFCONFIG tenho os seguintes dispositivos enp0s31f6, lo e wlp5s0. Acesso a rede pelo enp0s31f6 sempre. A WIFI fica desligada. Primeiro observei q a eth0 passou a ser enp0s31f6.

A tabela de roteamento, atraves do route -n me traz:

O traceroute6 www.uol.com.br retorna sempre connect: A rede está fora de alcance para qq destino.
Se esta fora do alcance, porq pinga? Se esta fora de alcance, porq o texto das paginas carrega de forma tosca?

O more /etc/resolv.conf me traz nameserver 127.0.0.53

Nao sei mais o q fazer. Obrigado pela atencao
